How is the WCC breakfast?

We are thinking about trying the WCC for breakfast but I don't remember seeing anything specifically about the food at breakfast time. How is it? Anything we especially have to try?

We ate there last year when we were staying at WL and thought the breakfast skillet was quite good. The antics seemed calmer (which was fine with us as we are not morning people;)) but it was very uncrowded, maybe 5-6 other tables with patrons at around 8am. Not sure it's worth the early morning trip if not staying at WL though.

We love breakfast at WCC. The fun is still fun and the breakfast food is good. We like the skillet - that way we can have what we want. They still do the ketchup thing and a few other antics. Its not a "must do" for us every trip - but try to get over there every other trip. We pick a non-park day for us and go a little later

We have breakfast at Whispering Canyon Cafe on every trip. DH and I order the breakfast skillet.

Does the skillet just come out with everything on it or is everything in separate dishes? Can you order it without eggs or is it pretty much preplated?

We had breakfast here in Jan 09 and it was good. Nothing special just your basic breakfast fare and the standard WCC hijinx.

We've not tried breakfast but are considering it on one of our next trips so I am curious too. We did NOT care for the dinner at all -- the service was awful (and we were there around 5:15) and the food was yuk.

Sorry about your experiance I don't know what you ordered but you might have caught them on an off night. We have had dinner there many times and we have never been disapointed with the Rattlesnack Pasta or the Meatloaf.

We love it! It has become a tradition to eat here for breakfast before leaving for the airport. We love the skillet!

To the poster who asked if you can get the skillet without the eggs, I am sure that won't be a problem. When we had dinner, we only wanted pulled pork when we got seconds so they brought that out on a small skillet for us. I don't know why they couldn't accomodate you.

We really had a good time. It is a very lively place to start the day and we enjoyed to good as well. Have a great trip!

I love it. Aunt Jenny's french toast is really good too (like a dessert!). The breakfast skillet with the biscuits is delicous. Always a very good, hearty breakfast and lots of fun.
