How is the online res system on 180 day?

Last year when trying to make my adrs I got up at 6am and was able to book my 180 day. But it wouldnt let me do +10. It recognized me, but kept giving errors when I would hit book. Ended up having to call and was on the phone for an hour..ugh. Online is so much easier. Is it still like this, or can people book 180+10 now online without a problem?
Cause its 6am for online and 7am for phone right?

My 180 days was today and I was able to book my +10 online with no major issues. I was awake at 6AM anyway so I decided to give it a try. I had to re-enter my resort confirmation number for almost every ADR, but other than that annoyance the system worked surprisingly well. The ADRs also automatically populated into "My Reservations," I remember having to manually add each ADR in the past.

Got all of the ADRs I wanted -- mostly painless and overall a success!

I agree, reserving online is so much easier than the phone...when the system works, of course.

Did mine today and had no problem. Did not have to reenter my reservation #. Only problem was that Sanaa was not open for ADR's.
