How is the food at 1900 @ GF?

We want to go to 1900 for dinner to see Prince Charming and the Steps. How is the food at this buffet?
 
We loved the buffet at 1900 Park Fare. Lots of choices and it was fresh. And DD loved very much seeing Prince Charming. popcorn::
