Cajun chicken pasta and garlic bread.
We love it, too! Rogers Gardens is such a gem!The Christmas Boutique is equally fun & spectacular!![]()
Last night was bacon carbonara ravioli from Sam's, with crusty bread and bagged salad. The ravioli was OK... we'll definitely eat the second package but not sure I'd buy it again.
Tonight... I needed freezer space so I took out the 3L container of homemade chicken soup. Not sure that I'm in a soup mood, though. I might separate the veg from the broth, thicken the broth and make a chicken pot pie. Not sure, but that soup needs to be gone, soon. Hmmm... maybe I'll invite DD/SIL/LittleGuy over for supper on Friday night for Soup Night. Doesn't solve the problem for tonight's dinner but it'd use the soup!
QUESTION: Does anyone have any ideas for using up puff pastry? My sister just moved out of her apartment and her new space isn't ready yet, so we divided up some of the stuff from her freezer. I am now the 'proud owner' of 3 packages of Trader Joe's puff pastry. I have no good ideas of what to do with this, but I took it to help her out; she kept the other 3 packages. Yes, she might have a small 'hoarder' issue with food, hahaha!
Technodope hereMy wife called an audible for tonight.
Technodope here
What does that mean?
Sausage rolls - Jimmy dean sausage folded inside puff pastry. Crimp with fork. Brush with butter bake until browned. I think like 15-20 minutes. Serve with Heinz beans in tomato sauce and baked fries.Last night was bacon carbonara ravioli from Sam's, with crusty bread and bagged salad.
