Hello, sorry if this has been asked before.... :confused3
but how is the breakfast food at CRT?
Is there a variety of breakfast foods? Is it served buffet style?
Thanks for any info.......:flower3:

The food is served family style at the table. You can get more if you want it and it is brought to you. The food is good and our favorite was the cream cheese french toast. It was nice to do once but we are not feeling like we have to go back, especially at the price now.

As for the variety it is scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, french toast, fruit and drinks.

Have a great trip and enjoy CRT!

I LOVE the CRT breakfast. Like the other person said it has scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, french toast, fruit, with the addition of a basket of muffins also. I have done it 3 out of 3 trips and would easily do it again. I think the princess in me just loves to eat in a castle, but my DH also loves it and hasn't been disappointed with the fun so far. It is expensive, but for me worth it.

Food was okay, but with picky eaters, it could be a problem. DD won't eat meat. DS won't eat eggs, so we had to mix their plates. They wanted more danishes/muffins but by the time they got around to us, they had moved on to something else. It is okay to do once to say that you've eaten in the castle, but I definetely wouldn't say that I got my $150 out of it. Okay once, we'll not be going back.

We did the breakfast last year and liked it so much we're doing it again this year. It's a plated breakfast but you can get more of whatever you want. There's fruit and muffins and scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and that delicious french toast (I ate two plates of it).

It's worth it for us b/c we don't have to stand in line for my 4 yo twin daughters to meet the princesses.

I think it is my favorite breakfast ever. The food is so good and I am not a breakfast person. My family all loves it too and they are breakfast people. We have gone every trip but our first and always for breakfast. We have never been disapointed.

I would be excited and say we will be eating there 2 weeks from tomorrow and while I am excited for that, it is near the end of our vacation so instead I will be excited that a week from tomorrow I will SEE the castle and EAT there a week after that!!!

Edited to add---the potatos are AMAZING!!!! I order extras of those till I want to burst, they are so good!

We were just there at the end of October and we loved it. The highlight of our experience was our early reservation, which allowed us entrance into the MK when NO ONE was there. It truly was the experience of a lifetime. i must say, however, that we did not get any french toast. I feel totally jipped!!! We got the eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and a great bowl of fresh fruit, and a basket of danished, but no french toast. WE got this jelly filled donut thing on our plate, but defnitely no french toast. I wonder what was up with that???? Have fun. I thought it was way worth it.

Say it isn't so-I will be totally upset if I don't get any of that french toast. I've been dreaming about it. It was a stuffed french toast (w/ cream cheese) and had a blueberry syrup over it.

1) It is eggs, french toast, etc.
2) The variety is nothing special.
3) Neither is the taste.
4) You are paying for the characters, not great food.
5) And, you are getting exactky what you paid for.
