How is Room 1034?

We booked cat 12, and got Room 1034. Any one stayed there or close by? Our cruise is almost booked. I can only find 4 Cat 5 rooms left on Deck 7. I am not sure where to check price for upgrade. I booked through Costco. If our room is not horrible, I will not bother to check upgrade price.
