I have this book, and of course I can't remember the name of it, but this guy would mail letters to different companies with outrageous requests or complaints. It was hilarious. And just about every company responded back to him and they were all professional.

One of the letters he wrote was to the makers of Nyquil. He wrote that he took one dose and slept for three days solid! I thought that was SO funny. They advised him to not take it anymore and to consult a dr.

Another one he wrote was to whoever makes Capt Crunch. He complained that the cereal cut the roof of his mouth and made him bleed.
