How is it at IOA for 4th of July?

we will be at IOA for 4th of July. What type of things do they offer(shows etc...) Nothing is closed for the holliday right? Like restaraunts...Is there a website that tells about the Fireworks or things they are doing for the 4th?

There's nothing special by day, but there are special fireworks by night which launch from both parks at the same time.

I have stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel through two July 4 holidays. The fireworks on July 4 were spectacular. They set off simultaneous fireworks at US, IOA, and CityWalk. It was FANTASTIC! They had fireworks at each park every night after that.

The fireworks were SO HUGE last year that I could see them from my apartment...and I live across the street from Sea World!
