How is House of Blues set up?

Is there a restaurant section separate from the concert seating area? Or is it all one big room - sort of like a dinner theater set up?

From what I can remember(it has been a while since I have been to this restaurant) it was all one big room but I am sure you can ask for a table further or closer to the stage.

There are actually two main dining room areas. THe front area there are booths around the outside and then a sunken area in the center with tables, the stage is at the end of the sunken area, both those at the booths can see the stage also. There is also a large room in the back with tables set up but that area wouildn't be able to see the stage because there is a wall and bar between that room and the front room area.

When I went last year to see INXS at the House of Blues, the restaurant was completely separate from the concert area. We had dinner at the restaurant, and then were told to wait in line outside the theater which was next door. They did serve drinks inside, and I'm not entirely sure if they served food or not...but they definately didn't have any tables for people to sit at. Most people were sitting in couches, benches, or standing around waiting for the concert to start.
