I just reserved a room for the night we arrive in Orlando at a great price ($50 with tax) and am wondering about cleanliness, etc. That is my main concern. They say there are restaurants that participate in the kids eat free program within walking distance. Does anyone have any experience with this ie, which restaurants are nearby? Any recommendations?
We were originally going to drive all night Friday and arrive at POR Saturday morning, drop off our bags and then hit Epcot til check in time. But I hate driving at night (we're 8 hours away) and I was concerned that DH and I would be exhausted and cranky (The kids would be well rested though LOL) - and I'd hate to start our trip that way. So I want to drive all day Friday and just hang out at a hotel pool that night. I am pleased with the room rate I got but just want to be sure it's clean and that we have some inexpensive dining options nearby. Thanks
