You know what DH and I just realized as we are sitting here working out our ADR's for our July trip? We've NEVER been to Crystal Palace. I went as a younger person with my family, but I don't really remember if it was good or bad or indifferent. I'm sure also it was different back then. Cause' you know I ain't 25.

Anyway - I'd love to hear any and all reviews for breakfast or lunch. We don't want to do dinner there. We are a childless couple and didn't like 1900 Park Fare but we usually do like character meals.

Please give your reviews.

Thanks

CP is my favorite breakfast spot in WDW. The chef @ the buffet will prepare your eggs, pancakes, and waffles anyway your heart desires.

It is a favorite for lunch and dinner for me and DH. :) We ate there twice on each of our trips. We had breakfast last trip and it was good not my favorite but still very good.

We went to Crystal Palace last year for breakfast. The food was great. BTW we don't have children either but didn't feel out of place. The picture in my siggy is from last year.

It is a really beautiful place. Definitely go if you can work it into your schedule.

We ate at CP for lunch last year and it was wonderful! The food was delicious, I really liked the selections. You can go to allearsnet.com and check out the menus!

We ate lunch there on Good Friday one year and it was absolutely disgusting. I don't know if it was a special Good Friday meal, but a lot of it was fish/seafood based and it was all just horrible!

Couldn't get a character meal for 8 anywhere else so reluctantly scheduled a dinner there the following year (not during Easter week) and we all enjoyed it.

We went last September for the first time. I wanted a character meal and it was either that or Chef Mickey's. Dinner was great. There is a nice variety on the buffet. The restaurant is beautiful. And the characters are fun. It was my first character meal since I was 7 years old. I was concerned about going as four adults to a character meal. But it's Disney!! We had a blast!

Crystal Palace is neat. The characters are great and the topiaries are amazing. My family does not like the food at lunch or dinner but we are meat and potatoe eaters. The food is not truly American so if your family is not adventurous you should check the menu first. If you are going for breakfast you will love it.

CP is my absolute favourite breakfast restaurant anywhere on site :thumbsup2 Never tried lunch or dinner because I prefer to be able to order off a menu for those 2 meals but breakfast was great for us.

We missed it on our first trip as I thought other restaurants sounded better and we could only pick so many. Well we decided to try it for supper on our second trip and we were really blown away. It was one of the best dinners all week. We loved it so much that when we go back in September, we've booked it for breakfast And dinner!
The dinner buffet had a great variety and the freshness and tempurature was great.I especially loved the salmon and the cinnamon infused rice. We had wonderful character interaction and the whole atmosphere was beautiful. Wherever you go, some people will have had a bad experience but I think you'll find that Crystal Palace is a place most people absolutely love. Give it a try. I'm sure you won't be dissappointed.

Crystal Palace is one of my favorite WDW restaurants. I've only been there for dinner, but I've heard that their breakfast is great.

We have ADR's for both breakfast and dinner during our upcoming trip. Both meals are a must-do for my teenage boys and I every trip!!! :thumbsup2

This is one of our MUST do's every trip. We love dinner but the breakfast is our favorite breakfast in the world. It is always our first meal there.

We really enjoy CP for breakfast and lunch. It is the only restaurant we visit every trip. The food is good, the restaurant is beautiful and it is a great respite from MK.

We did CP last year for dinner before MNSSHP. It was great. The food was good and the character interaction was wonderful. We are going for breakfast this year. I have always wanted to be in the MK with few people so I managed an 8AM reservation for one morning. I have heard great things about their breakfast buffet so I am really looking forward to this.

We love CP , the kids and my parents do too. Breakfast and dinner are great. It has never been noisy when we have been there even at Christmas time. It is a very nice place to go.

We love this place! Breakfast is great because you can make the 8:05 reservation and get into the park before everyone else. DH is a huge fan of the puffed french toast and I love the strawberries and cream. This is a must do for us every time.

Dinner is also a great meal, we usually eat here before a MNSSHP or MVMCP. The adobe pork is out of this world, there is so much food to choose from and all of it is delicious. IMHO CP is so much better than CM for dinner

We also love getting an early ressie before the park opens! And I really like their breakfast, as well as their dinner, so we always go at least twice during our trip! ;) It really is a beautiful restaurant inside, and very cheery! :cloud9:

It sounds like a winner! Thanks everyone. I'm adding it to our ADR list - either for breakfast or lunch. I can't believe we've been going every year (sometimes multiple times in a year) since 1994 and haven't gone to Crystal Palace. How ridiculous is that?
