I have been to 1900 Park Faire for breakfast years ago. Now we are going with our three kids in Feb, for dinner. How is it?

We've gone twice for dinner and thought it had really great food. I would go again. Oh, and the restaurant is very pretty, too.

We thought the food was very good. And the stepsisters were very funny. Even my DH put this down for a repeat on our next trip. For the food & the fun.

Enjoy!!

the food is pretty good & the stepsisters are alot of fun - it was an overall enjoyable experience

We have been there numerous times for dinner. We love it. Food is always good, and there is a very nice atmosphere. Also, for kids, character interaction is fantastic!

I'm so glad to hear it's good. I'll be going for the first time in Jan. My DS usually boycotts anything princess, but since we have 3 nieces joining us he's been out voted. I can't wait!!

Dinner is a lot of fun! The food is pretty good, and the characters (especially the stepsisters) are a riot.

He'll love it. Heck, I'm a 41 year old Dad, and even without the kids, it would probably be a good time! :lmao: Heck, just tell him it's all you can eat, dessert included, and he should be good to go! :thumbsup2

We were just there last week! The food was good and a nice variety. The restaurant is very pretty. The character interaction was great - from little girls dancing with Prince Charming to the stepsisters and their crazy antics. We would definitely go back! Only negative was from my 61 year old dad who thought it was too loud but enjoyed the characters interaction with my DD anyway.

We were there Friday night- the last two trips it's been the last thing we do, then try to ride front in the monorail afterwards. The food was good, the characters were great. We had little dolls from a playset that are just a couple inches high of Lady Tremaine, Anastasia, Drizella, and Cinderella. They were great interaction starters.

The only thing I would have liked better was to be in the main room so we could see more of the antics. We were in a hallway room. At least for the waltz, Drizella came in and danced with the 13 year old boy across from us. He was the perfect candidate. Drizella yelled "Why won't you make eye contact!"

Oh and they had the little fruit tarts that are almost as good as the one in the Norway bakery.

We were even impressed by the busboy- he can clean and set up a table in no time flat. It's like a Guido pitstop!

We booked this dinner mainly as a treat for our granddaughter on our last trip. Everyone in the family enjoyed it (even 15 year old son!). The food was great...there seemed to be a lot of variety. Even son-in-law (pickey eater) found plenty to eat.

Thanks so much for all the comments. I have three little ones, one girl and 2 boys, so I am always walking the line about which dinner will appeal to who. This sounds like a good mix. Now I am very excited about going! :cool1:

we love eating there! we always have at least one dinner when we are on vacation! last year when we were there about the same time of year, dd was dressed as minnie mouse that day and the characters were hysterical!!! the step mother and step sisters were picking on dd because she was dressed as a rodent like cinderella's friends and dd thought it was so cool that they were comparing her to cinderella's mice...they played their parts really good!! then last march when we were there, dd was dressed as cinderella for the dinner and she had gotten so much attention from all of them!!! we also had reservations at like 8:30pm so the place was half empty and yet the characters kept coming back for more pictures with her and the step sisters both came up to dh and insisted on him taking a picture with them!!! it was great both times and we will always go back for more!!! and the food is also amazing too...lol

Question--Are the characters for breakfast and dinner different? Or is it always Cinderella characters?

Breakfast is Mary Poppins "and friends" - which varies. Alice and Wonderland and the Mad Hatter were there for breakfast with her last time we went, and somebody else I can't remember....

Dinner is the Cinderella crew. This will be our first dinner. We've done breakfast there twice. I love it there.

Mary Poppins gave my dd her vitamin when she was two - with a packet of sugar, lol!

We'll be there in two weeks! I'm so jazzed. My DH is even looking forward to it. I'm sure my DD7 and 5 will be thrilled when we tell them!!!

Yes, they are different. Breakfast is usually Mary Poppins, Alice, Mad Hatter, Pooh, and Tigger. Dinner is usually the Cinderella characters (Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine, Anastasia, and Drizella).

We are having our last dinner there quite late however 8:30 ADR are we going to still see the charaters out then or are they mostly done by then??
