how hard to sell?

Looks like we might be selling our DVC contract. How hard will this be to sell? how much per point would be a reasonable price?

Not hard at all, but depends on your asking price... If you were $85 per point, it would sell today! Be competitive, it is a loaded contract!

Easy sell at $85 or less. I would guess it will sell within 2 weeks.

You'll never know what will or won't sell in this economy. I'd contact an experienced resale broker and list it. They can advise on the recent resale prices and wait times history for your type of contract.

One thing to remember is that it may take up to 2 months to settle and get you $.
