How hard is it to get a 1 BR unit at BC for Sept 18-21 of 2004?

I know that you can't book this far in advance but is this a good time to try and rent points from DVC owners?

Since this Resort, as well as Boardwalk, seems to be the most popular as well as having the fewest number of rooms and an ever increasing number of members as available use years are selling out fast, it will be more important to place your reservation at the 11th month priority window if your dates are fixed in stone. This year hasn't been too much of a problem securing dates in September but then again it has been an off year for travel. I suspect that pent up demand will open the reservation flood gates at all of the DVC properties next year if the ecomomy shows any signs of life. For your own peace of mind, secure your points early and have the reservation placed at the 11th month window.
