I am a dollar express member and I was wondering if any dollar express members are being charged a 200.00 authorization hold.
Their website states thst you wont be charged the hold if you are express member and use a Visa card. I can change to a Visa if this is true.
Yes, even Dollar Express members may still have a rental car deposits. While the "authorization hold" (also known as a deposit) is waived for Express members with a non-prepaid VISA credit card saved in their profile after their first rental, other payment methods or initial rentals may still require a hold.
