How far ahead do you plan prior to purchasing?

There's over 300 studios and 8 bungalows. They could make the bungalows 50 points a night, and it wouldn't budge the studio pricing.

If they made them 50 points, bet Poly points would be more appealing, haha.

100% correct. They could take 50 points a night off of each Bungalow and it would add a little over 1 point per night to the studios. It’s not something I would be overly concerned with. I also wish they did lower Bungalow prices because man they are crazy high.
Side question, but does anyone know what rate those bungalows actually rent out at? Is it 50% occupancy?

I prefer a venue that is close to a park so I would select the Poly - boat ride from MK and monorail to Epcot. Lots of people like OKW but I don't care for the bus access to parks. As a family of 5 we had no problem staying in a hotel room and most DVC studios are much larger than a standard hotel room.
