How early to get to Rivers of light?

We will be visiting the week after thanksgiving. Right now touring plans is predicting a 2 for crowds the day we have AK planned.

It looks like RoL will be shown at 6:15pm How early to show time do they start letting people in to the theater? and what time do you suggest getting there to ensure we get a seat?

I don't even see RoL showing up in the Disney park hours calendar for November. I am assuming this is an error, I think at some point I saw it was scheduled for 6:30 Nov 4-10. MDE is so frustrating.

I didn't see it their either. I am only going off of what touring plans has, which i guess is predicting off of what the schedule was last year.

If you go to the Rivers of Light page on the Disney website you can click on the calendar icon below the "Hours" heading --- select your date and you'll see the currently scheduled time (there are a few things that don't show on the main park hours page.)

Honestly don't waste your time. ROL really stinks. Do an evening safari or check out pandora at night - much better use of your time imo.

45 min. before show time.

Try to get a same-day FP a couple of hours before the show and that will give you much greater "choice" in where to sit.

Depends on how busy the park is. The last 2 times we saw it, we showed up 30 minutes before and 20 minutes before and had very good seats.
If you haven't seen it, it is worth it to see it once. Don't think we'll do it again until it is revamped. It isn't bad, it just really pales when compared to the other night time shows.
