How early to arrive at MCO?

We have a 10:30 AM flight out of MCO on a Sunday. What's the latest we can arrive at MCO? And what's the latets the town car can pick us up at the YC? Thanks!

I would be there no later than 8:30am and I would have the town car company pick me up no later than 7:45am.

Keep in mind that Sunday morning is the time you will encounter all the returning cruise ship passengers from Disney, RCCL, Carnival, etc. since the vast majority of passengers from Port Canaveral fly via MCO. Get there early as Gail suggested, as the line expands rapidly once the cruise line buses start arriving. Your flight is early enough to avoid most of the crowd, but don't cut it too close just in case.
