How early is early for ROtR?

Just curious but has the push to ride ROtR lessened at all in any way? Just how early does one need to get up and wait in line to be able to get a pass for this attraction? Now that it's been about a month is it still a madhouse at HS opening?

I have a feeling that around the time there would be the slightest indication that the push is lessening, it'll be the beginning of Spring break and we're off to the races again.
