When Southwest opens up flights, what time should I be online? Do they open up flights at midnight? Or is it 7:00am? Thank you.

I've read 6 am. I plan to be up at 6 am to book for our August/September trip.

You can usually book sometime after 6am eastern time, maybe 6:10-6:15, or 6:20 or so, depending on how long it takes them to update the system and make the dates available. I usually start at 6am and just keep trying to book my dates until it works.

I'm curious what price difference I should expect to see?
Right now the flight I would like ranges from $150-$288. Need Phl-Mco for last week of August. I usually fly Spirit but am waiting to see what kind of fare I can get on SW opening day.
Anyone have any clue?

I'm also looking for PHL-MCO. Cheapest flights on AA or UA are around $250 per person with crappy times and then I still have to pay for my bags. If I wanted the times I prefer it's around $350-429 pp round trip.

I'm hoping to get do under $250 pp round trip on SW and not pay for bags. Right now some of the Saturday's in the summer are pretty high priced for just one way.

I like non stop flights. We like to leave early morning and come back home mid afternoon . If I can't get those times at a reasonable price on opening day with SW out of PHL I have no issues flying out of BWI. They have about 10-20 flights per day and they range around $115 for good non stop flights.

I'm 20 minutes from PHL and 90-120 minutes from BWI. I would have to pay to park at PHL at about $8 a day. I can stay overnight at a hotel in Baltimore for about $100 and park my car there for free.

We must not be that far from each other! I'm in Burlington County.
The plan is to fly the morning of our cruise so I'm liking the 5ish am flight. (I know that's not a popular idea, but so far it hasn't bit us in the butt lol). I will look into the BWI route too!

And we like the 6 am flight going to MCO. Yes we are tired but who sleeps the day before they fly to WDW anyway? lol
