How early does MK parking lot open?

I have an 8:05 breakfast reservation in Magic Kingdom in July(MK opening at 9 that day). We will be driving to the park. What time will the parking lot open, and monorail or ferry start running?

I'm not sure it ever closes, per se. But, you should have no trouble at all getting in at 7am. The monorail starts running at 7. If, for some reason, the express monorail isn't running yet, walk over to the Polynesian and hop on the resort line there. But, you shouldn't have any issues. Both lines should be up and running by 7am.
