How early can you check in?

We have a group going to BWV during the F&W fest. Since a few of us are coming in late we decided to stay off site that night to save points. My question is how early can we check in at BWV, would be possible to check in and do all the paper work the night before so we don't 'waste' time in the morning? Thanks

The earliest you can really check in is about 6 or 6:30AM. We've done that a few times. I don't think you can check in the night before for the next morning.

Your room may not be ready until after 4PM, though.

Yep.. Deb is right.... you might just get a room at 6:30 am, but nothing is guaranteed. Worth the early trip though, IMHO.

I wasn't looking to get the room at all, totally expect it to be 4PM since it's GV, just wanting to get the paperwork done, key cards, parking pass, etc. Guess we'll just wait then. Thanks

as stated you can register for your room as early as 6am; but the wait begins "after" 4pm.

You would not believe how many people check in early and then complain they did not get their room for hours, when in reality they actually waited only 30 mins for their room at 4:30.
