How early can you book priority seatings?

I'm going to WDW 5/13-5/20 next year with DH and my parents. We still have 7 1/2 months to wait!! When can I start to arrange priority seatings? I atleast would like to get a breakfast at Chef Mickeys, lunch at CRT and dinner at the California Grill. I'm also thinking about booking the mother's day buffet-- is that in Epcot?

Most ressies you can make 90 days in advance. I never heard of a Mother's day buffet but if it's at Epcot, that's probably 90 days too.
Also, If you're staying at at WDW Resort, you can call for your (ADR) dining ressies at the 90 day mark and book up to 10 more days of dining.
It's the 90 + 10.
