So the girlfriend and I are planning our next trip for late January 2015.

I was wondering this morning how early I can book a trip for that date, so I can spread out payments as long as possible.

I've looked it up online, and it seems that you can book 500 days ahead of time by calling, but I like looking at packages through the website, so I'd prefer to do it that way. How early can I book online?

I know that dining is 180 days.

Also, do prices for rooms fluctuate between my book date and the actual date of the trip or is it a set price that stays the same throughout?

Going by historical dates for January 2015 the packages should be available to book July 2014. However that is a guess based on the past few years. Your mileage may vary. Figure sometime next summer.

Price will be based off the dates of stay, not dates of booking.

2014 dates weren't released online until this past July, so I would assume it would around the same time next year for 2015.
