how does transfer to dvc owner work?

i've recently sold points for the first time, and now may be interested in buying some myself. i see that some members are willing to transfer to another member's account.

?how does use year work (is it driven by sellers)?

?once transaction is complete and points transferred, can seller transfer points back?

?can buyer bank points (and do they fall under sellers or buyers use year)?

The points remain the same use year wich is the sellers.

i am unsure but i believe it to be a one way street

The points can not be banked
