How does this sound for a plan?

We are only going to Disney for the MVMCP on our way down further south, so we want to make the most of our time. We are going to get there right at 4:00. Do they close everything down from 6:00 to 7:00? Even counter service restaurants? If so, can we order food right before 6:00 and eat in the restaurant or outside during the closed hour?

Also, when everything closes up, do you have to go to Tomorrowland? I thought I read that somewhere? Or are you allowed to roam around the park?
