Sounds like a good plan to me, you are beginning and ending with the Magic Kingdom, most people's favorite park. Sounds like good choices for dinner, I'd go with Wolfgang Puck at Downtown Disney. Does your choice of MK days coincide with Wishes?

I'm lucky, because on Tuesday I get to see Spectromagic, and on Friday we are going to see Wishes.

You might find that 1/2 a day isn't really enough for MGM Studios. I'd probably head back there on the last day, in the morning, and then hit MK after that. :)

Leah,

A couple of questions...

Have you been to WDW many times before?

Are you staying in a WDW resort where you could take advantage of EMH?

Are you planning any breaks away from the parks during the day?

Are you bringing children and if so, what age?

If you can take advantage of EMH, I'd do AK on Friday, the 2nd, and get to the African Safari first thing. We've been at different times during the day, and have found that the animals are most active and visible early in the a.m. We usually grab a muffin at a kiosk on the run into AK at EMH, then eat at Donald's about 9:30 or 10:00.
