I'm taking my mom to WDW for a mother/daughter trip (no kids)! I think I'm done tweaking my ADRs for the week, but want to see if there are any other suggestions. Mom is not a real adventurous eater and doesn't like anything spicy.

5/29 - Sci Fi for dinner
5/30 - Biergarten for dinner (she has a german heritage and loves german food)
5/31 - no ADRs as I think we're going to hop over to US/IOA so she can see Harry Potter and she's a huge fan
6/1 - Akerhaus for breakfast and Le Cellier for a late lunch
6/2 - Crystal Palace for breakfast and Cape May for dinner
6/3 - Coral Reef for dinner
6/4 - Chef Mickey's for dinner

Mom loves seeing the characters, so I thought adding a few character meals will let her see them easily. Last time we were there (with kids) we did Chef Mickey's (dinner), 1900 Park Fare (both breakfast and dinner), and O'Hana for breakfast and she had a ball.
