How does renting points work for Vero Beach?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask - but someone here asked me if I'd walked VB, and I haven't. So I looked on the rental board, maybe to see if someone has points for a couple of nights there. I am not seeing Vero mentioned at all. Do I just ask about dates for a reservation?
