How does recent weather compare to June/July weather?

We were in Disney last week (9/18-9/23) and from what I'm reading, the weather was hotter than normal last week. We were prepared with chilly towels and lots of water and breaks inside air-conditioning, so while it was hot, we managed and it was fine. We had some rain, but it only affected our plans one night (Star Wars fireworks got cancelled one night due to thunderstorms).

But how does the weather the past few weeks compare to the heat say at the end of June? We are hoping to plan a bigger family trip with my sisters and their families. With a family full of teachers, we will have plan for end of June or the beginning of July. I assume it will be hot, but on average is it as hot or hotter than what we experienced last week? Just wondering what to expect heat wise in late June.

The average temperatures in June/July are low to mid 90's, and it looks like you just had low 90's, so technically expect 3 more degrees hotter.

I'm guessing it feels a bit warmer due to more direct sun, but I'm not seeing monthly "RealFeel" results.

(FYI, It can get actual 100, but that is well above average)

I've been in the Orlando area since 9/20 and was also here in mid-June. Heat-wise as well as humidity levels aren't much different between the 2 time periods. I've also visited here in July and August and weather-wise, it was all basically the same.

I live in a very hot (100 degrees), dry, non-humid area of California so as long as you know to expect heat WITH humidity, your family will be fine.

Yep. We usually go in June/July, but last year had the chance to go in September too. Not a huge difference between the two. Perhaps slightly cooler when the sun goes down and first thing in the morning, but it's still quite hot. Of course, that's assuming you don't have a cold snap or something.
