The bounce back means just booking a room and paying a deposit for it. Sometimes a package, like
free dining (200 per room) or a room only (one night stay) YOu have time to cancel and get your deposit back if you end up not going, 45 days for packages, 5 days for room only.
AS far as pins, We are AP holders, sign on to WDW site and have Disney Visa. Some offers are made to Disney Visa holders, sometimes they end up extended to all but sometimes not. PIN codes have no rhyme or reason as to who gets them. We, both my husband and myself (in my maiden name) received a PIN to receive a free $500 gift card. We are leaving tomorrow and getting it. There are other pins and no one really seems to know who gets them. It could be some of the things I do/have, saving vacation options on WDW site, signing up to get a Vacation CD are some examples of what some people think is how PINs are given. The current PIN was received in the mail, I have also received them in my email.
