I have read it comes 3 hrs before flight time.

Probably about 7:25 AM in your case. It could be earlier or later by a few minutes. You will get a letter on your room door a day before your pickup with the exact time. They want you to be at the bus stop 15 minutes before the assigned time.

Thinking about this a bit, I believe international flights are 4 hours before flight time. I don't know if Canada counts as international or not. You could call the DME folks to find out.

Yes, a flight to Canada is an international flight.

OP, DME will assign a time for you that will be around 6:30. You need to be at the bus stop, completely ready to go, 15 minutes before your assigned time.,
