So it seems we may have to change our travel plans
. Unfortuately I have already purchased non-refundable airline tickets. I know I cannot get my money back for them, but I am a little confused about what I do get. Am I right in thinking if I have to cancel I get a voucher back, and they subtract the change fee from what the voucher is worth? My tickets are from both Delta and Air Tran, if that makes a difference.
I've never had to cancel airline tickets before, and I still hope I don't have to, but I want to be prepared just in case.
