How Does an E-Bay Store operate

We got a new E-Bay store in the next town and I'm curious if anyone used their services before. Do you bring your items that you want to sell there? Do you put them online yourself and then bring them there and they pack them up?
DH has some tuna reels/rods (very big items) that he wants to sell and it is the season!

We have a new place here in Chattanooga that does that. I really don't know how it works. I've thought about just calling them to find out how it works (wouldn't use them since I sell on Ebay myself).
