I want to know also. I had a problem with a website just recently and it told me to "enable cookies". I've done this before in the past, but when I was trying just recently it didn't seem to work.

In Internet Explorer got to your top menu (gray bar) and choose Tools, Internet Options, Privacy. There you will see a slider bar that will enable/disable cookies to different degrees based on the level you select.
