how do you use SWA vouchers?

SWA will be sending me a voucher for my remaining credit to use on future travel. is it true once you book during that time frame you have 24 hrs to personally take the voucher to the airport to the SWA for your ticket?

You can redeem your voucher on their web site. I just used a $212 voucher to book our November trip. You need the original confirmation # and the name on the original credit card. On their home page, click on "Travel Center" then click on "View and Apply Available
TicketlessSM Travel Funds."

Why are they mailing one to you? I got mine via e-mail.
