How do you save $3 on TGM?

Sorry, don't mean to be cheap...but, how do you save $3 on TGM? The banner says 'click here' and that simply takes you to the website. It seems like the normal sign up fee is always $21.95. Did I miss something?

Please...I am NOT complaining, and I think it's a great idea. I'm just curious if I missed something.

If you go into the tutorial, there is a link for DIS board members to purchase for 18.95.

If I remember correctly, clicking on the DIS link, then going through the
whole sign-up process, the $3 discount is applied right before you actually
click to charge your credit card.

If you click the banner at the top and register, the discount code is automatically in the form.
