How Do You REALLY Feel About Persons with Handicaps?

I respect special needs people just as much as everyone else. If I could make someone else's life easier I'll do it but I'll be darned if I'll contribute to making someone else's life harder.

As for people who stare or give these folks a hard time, just consider them emotionally & morally handicapped, shake your head & walk away.

I see that when you quoted my message, you conveniently left out the part where I averred that I was in the wrong for bringing politics up in a thread that really had nothing to do with politics, and then apologizing for doing so.

With all due respect, in your apology, you took another swipe at the adminstration and people who may share similar beliefs. It made your apology seem shallow and less than heartfelt.

I have no problem with you posting your political views, but I just think this venue of a thread it was inappropriate that you did, and how you did. It would be very easy for people who have a different political stance than you to also take cheap shots. This isn't the proper forum for that.

This thread transcends political viewpoints, so there's no need to tarnish it by taking cheap shots.
