I voted that I pray formal prayers sometimes and then just prayers in my heart too. But really, I don't have formal 'prayers' at all, just regular times that I pray. The prayers themselves differ.
I pray before each meal but I don't have a set prayer that I pray. Usually it's just a short "We ask the Lord to bless this food to the nourishment of our bodies, in Jesus' name, Amen" but other times I'll pray something quite different but basically asking the same thing.
I also try to spend time in prayer every morning. Those prayers are never the same and they vary in length and in content.
Then, just like so many others, I whisper a prayer at any time during the day when I think of someone or something I need to pray about or I just want to offer some praise or worship to God.
