I savethe pictures that i want to combine , then paste each one to 1 single blank photoshop or PhotoImpression page . Then i just save that 1 page as a jpeg

(I think this is what you asked)
You can go to one of the saved picture and in the tabs go to Edit and then Paste From and open the picture you want next to the other one.
