I know there are an awful lot of obessive Disney planners out there. I'm just wondering what you use to keep all of the info together? Between park crowd levels, what you want to see, EMH, Park Hours and ADR's - how do you keep it all straight?

three words

good travel agent

We are newbies to WDW and I simply do not have the time to pour through tons of info. Our travel agent has taken care of all of that for us!

I have a calendar done on Excel that I keep all info on from ADR's to Flight info to reservation info to important numbers. I print it out and take it with me so I have everything. Not so obsessive that I plan to the T which park for which day and so on and so forth but I have a loose guide according to ADR's and lots of days that we play 'bus roulette' and take to first bus that comes.

Snowwhite is an excellent planning artist for all types of events! She doesn't do this for a living but she should! She amazes me with her thinking and planning skills so that our vacations are always a great time. We take advantage of all the EMH that the kids can handle (me included). As well she takes into account time of day, crowd levels and always has a backup plan incase something goes wrong (ie. water park day and rain). She plans the ADR's and I book them and we always get what we want as I am good at getting in first thing 180 days out.Of course you should start with when you can take/ or would like to take your vacation and then look at the park hours and EMH start planning around that. Check historical park crowds and if it looks bad if you can change your dates slightly than do that. Well off to get ready to goto work for two hours and then off to DISNEY!!!!!!!!!!!!
