The challenge you have with fish in an aquarium is light. You will need a fast lens and higher ISO to get the fish. The problem with a tripod is that fish are not known for standing still. You can get the scenery with the tripod, but the fish will probably move on you. Some aquarium glass is non reflective but if you use a flash you will see the flash in glass.
If use a flash, shot at an angle to the glass so the light will not bounce back at you.
The Living seas is not a particularly bright aquarium so try the tripod and pick really slow fish!!
