How do you peel hard-boiled eggs?

My sister hard boiled the eggs this year and she must have used fresh eggs. Those things are so difficult to peel! Does anyone have a trick for peeling them so that all the shell comes off easily? (I always bought the eggs a week or two before Easter - they peel easier!)
Any suggestions?

We always use "old" eggs as well so that they are easier to peel. I will say the only thing I do is roll them on the table so the shell is all cracked before I try to take the shell off. Nothing more I can think of. Good luck.

very carefully ;)

lol, sorry, no real advice, I haven't found any way to do it with new eggs.

I've always heard you have to use old eggs too. It seems like I've read somewhere to put some vinegar in the water when you boil them, but I've tried that and they still stick to the shells.

Also get them cold as soon as they are done cooking.
I run them under cold water until they are completely cold.
Causes the egg to shrink away from the shell and the shell comes off very easily.

This works for me...but then maybe I unknowing always use old eggs ;)

Put eggs in cold water, bring to rolling boil. Immediately take off burner, cover, and let them sit for for 15 minutes. Empty hot water, fill pan with cold water and let them sit for a few minutes.
