How do you order your Starbucks?

Starbucks is a foreign language that I never grasped, so I have a translator. I tell DH, "I want something hot and sweet. Probaby a large." Then, he translates into Starbucks language and orders for me. :lmao:

Just depends on the day...

Sometimes it's a trenta unsweetened black iced tea. Other days it's a venti toffee nut latte, 130 degrees. It could ALSO be a venti vanilla chai tea latte at 130 degrees.

I refuse to use their stupid drink size names. I say small, medium or large. Yep, I'm a rebel.

To answer your question, I like the pumpkin spice latte when it's available, size SMALL. At Christmas I like the egg nog latte, size SMALL.

DH orders a "Venti coffee of the day with seven Splendas and creme". Yes, he's high maintenance!

We have the calories on the menu now at our Starbucks and I am going there less often and not ordering any side items, now that I know what kind of caloric kick I'm facing!

More often than not I get a tall skinny caramel macchiato

Sometimes, tall skinny pumpkin spice latte

Sometimes, tall skinny peppermint mocha or eggnog latte.

Venti Iced Latte
or
Venti Iced Americano

(No sugar, no cream, no whip, no nothing -- plain)
(A regular Latte at Starbucks uses 2% milk, which is OK by me. Milk is a good food. Fat free or skim makes the drink thin and watery IMO)

venti iced decaf sugar-free vanilla soy latte

go in order of the check boxes on the cup and fill as many as possible :coffee:

Is there a guide for ordering anywhere? I STILL don't know what the orders actually mean! Lol.

Tall, black, dark roast... but if they have Komodo Dragon as the dark roast for the day, I might get a Grande :thumbsup2

Fall: grande iced or hot pumpkin spice latte

Winter: grande iced or hot peppermint mocha or grande eggnog chai lattes.

The rest of the time it's either a grande iced or hot latte or a venti iced green tea unsweetened.

DH: Grande Caramel Machiato with an extra shot at 140 degrees.
Me: Venti Salted Caramel Mocha. Only this time of the year. Yum.

Warm months: Triple Espresso over ice (cheaper and more potent than iced coffee)

Cold months: Christmas/Thanksgiving blends with skim milk

Mocha light frappucino.

Non-fat white chocolate mocha
Non-fat salted caramel mocha

I work in a building with a Starbucks...but I rarely go. When I do, I usually linchpin at the price and avoid it for two months.

Ahh. I love starbucks!

My go to drink all year round is a skinny iced vanilla coffee.
I also pick drinks according to the season!

Spring: venti iced carmel macchiato with extra carmel drizzle.

Summer: venti iced passion fruit tea or if I'm feeling bad a Grande java chip frap with extra whipped cream.

Fall: venti pumpkin spice white chocolate mocha.

Winter: venti extra hot carmel spice latte
