Hi All,

Ok, I know it is probably a dumb question but here goes..

How do you measure? I hear people saying to measure themselves and that they lost (insert huge number) inches so even if you are not losing you may be shrinking. That sounds great - I want to shrink:teeth: Now, with these huge numbers I know it is in no way possible that you only measure your waist, so.....what do you measure?

Thanks so much for helping a WISH "newbie" out.

Curves measures me monthly (although next time I'm going to ask that she doesn't look at the previous numbers before measuring....I lost MAJOR inches all around last time as she pulled the tape tighter than ever! ---sure, I could have a 26 inch waist if I PULL hard enough on the measuring tape!)

Anyway...
They measure bust, waist, hips, thighs, calves, upper arms.

I think that's it.

Arms- I measure the widest part- usually 3 inches below my armpit.
Legs- I measure the widest part of my thigh- I have two freckles I put the tape measure between to make sure I'm hitting the right spot! :) And I measure my calves- which don't like to budge.
Waist- I measure two inches above my belly button
Hips- I measure three inches below my belly button- I try to only measure twice a month but I can't resist and measure once weekly- it really helps to see the tape measurements go down when the scale doesn't!

HTH- and I asked the same question when I started in April- had no clue what part would be my waist- but now that I've lost 20 pounds my waist is really showing up! YEAH!!
