How Do You Make Your Ticker Go Down?????

Can someone please tell me how to make the weight traker (tickerfactory) go down...I lost a pound and want to make it go down. Thanks.

I'm not sure if there is an easier way, but I click on the Tickerfactory.com website and put all my info in again and then save and go to the User CP page like you did when you first put it on. Does that make sense?
