How do you make your own temporary tattoos?

For my Tattoos all you need is a program where you can print labels. Insert the image within the label and print on tattoo paper. Tattoo paper, if I understand the other posts correctly, can be found at craft stores, some office supply stores, and the internet.

What stores has anyone been able to find the tattoo paper at?

I've heard Michaels, but that it's not real great quality paper...

Any other stores that you've seen it?

Think this is a great idea in case my dd's would get lost, so planning on making some up, but not sure where to get the paper.

I've only done a little research on prices and such but Office Depot had some both their name brand and HP. Walmart also had a pack but I forgot what brand. It was in the craft section with the tie-dye stuff. Hope that helps.
