I am making Hamburgers tonight and I want to make it a different way. Please tell me how you make it...TIA.

yummmm...I chop up bacon, finely chopped onion and some garlic, and saute them. Drain, and when cooled off, I mix shredded cheddar cheese with it.

I take any large lid, like a mayo lid, and line it with saran wrap. I take some ground chuck and mash it in the lid...put some of the bacon/cheese mixture on the middle, and then more ground chuck, and seal the sides.

Season and grill. Mmmmmmm...

Add onion, garlic and stilton to the beef and then cook and enjoy.

Add Stilton to anything = delicious! :)

Sometimes I add Worcestershire sauce,Tabasco sauce, and crushed red pepper to zest up a burger.

I do burgers in so many different ways. One of my favorites is topped with caramelized onions and cheese.

I mix in a little barbeque sauce, a little mustard, steak sauce (just enough sauces for flavor without making the patties fall apart), garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper into the ground beef. I've been cooking onion slices on the grill to go with our burgers lately, too. :)

Make two thin burgers, put a slice of cheese you like in the middle like a sandwich and press the two together. Cook as you like (we steam cook on a grill) add your toppings and there you go.

I saw this on "Man vs. Food" the other night on the Travel Channel. :thumbsup2 Definitely looked really good.

My fiance has been making guber burgers lately.. we had some at the Wheel Inn in Sedalia, MO, and he's been hooked since then. If you're ever in Sedalia (although there's not really a reason to be... :rolleyes1) stop and have one! It's basically a regular cheese burger, except they put a big dallop of peanut putter on it, as well. Sounds disgusting, but is delicious. :thumbsup2

Trader Joes Bufalo burgers

fire up the grill

cook them.

put bacon on grill

grill onions while cooking.

add Trader Joes slice of cheese right before taking off the grill

add grilled onions and bacon on a fresh bun

eat with a ice cold Trader Jose brewski for a drink.

I saute green peppers and onion. I add them and chili powder to ground beef and then grill. Chili burgers, delicious!!!!

Add a couple of tbsp. of brown sugar to the beef before grilling. YUM!

I like making "sliders" - small burgers.

Use Grands Jr. pillsbury biscuits for the buns, put a dill pickle chip on for crunch, and combine some BBQ sauce and mayo for the dressing:thumbsup2. Oh yeah, sharp cheddar slice too. I only use salt and pepper on meat. Don't overwork it too much.

:woohoo:
YUM

Hamburgers use salt and pepper
or
Hamburgers made with season salt.

I mix in A1 bold steak sauce, onion and some bread crumbs. If the meat seams too wet to form into a patty just add more bread crumbs.

I go to Stater Bros and buy them! Either Jalapeno or Herb and Garlic....then BBQ. The best burgers ever!

I mix in a package of the dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix with the hamburger, form patties and grill them. Gives it a little something extra.

Meat, just plain meat grilled usually.

But...
With a side of homemade french fries is best :thumbsup2.

top with pastrami and serve on a fresh chewy kaiser roll.

I buy the already made hamburgers from wegmans in cracked pepper flavor. We grill them and top them with bacon, lettuce, provolone cheese and cracked pepper ranch dressing. so yum! That's what we're having for dinner tomorrow with a salad and baked potatoes!

Lots of ways, but lately I've been mixing torn fresh basil, garlic, and bleu cheese into the meat before making the patties.
