How do you make reservation using a code?

Hi,
When calling CRO and wanting to use a code, what do you say? Do you give the dates and resort you want and then ask them to check with a specific code?

Yes - that's basically it.

Just be very polite, you may have to call back, the first time I called the CM wasn't all that helpful, but I called back and got an excellent one that went all out and checked probably 4 or 5 codes for me to get me the best deal.
