I really am not fond of potatoes at all. I will occasionally eat french fries and mashed potatoes, and on a very rare occassion I'll eat them baked with ranch dressing... truthfully I could do without them though.
Groosch!! When I allow myself to eat potatoes....I usually git the 'new' potatos....and have 2-4 of 'em....(about 120 calories)...I mircowave 'em....sum times I'll put fat free sour cream on 'em with fresh grounded black pepper! ...YUmmmmm....or...sometimes...just lemon juice is good teu!
My favorite way to have potatoes is to cube them and mix them with Lipton's Onion Soup mix, black pepper and olive oil and them bake them in the oven....yummy!!
I don't care for potato salad, but I enjoy mashed, baked, and french fried.
I also like to bbq the small new potatoes with some garlic and rosemary, adding just a bit of sour cream before I devour them......yum!!
I LOOVVEEEE Potatos!! If they are baked then with sour cream and chives, Mashed with LOTS of gravey, French Fries with ketchup or hash browns with salt and ketchup!!
